Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately at support@shopmodernthreads.com with your order number. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to cancel it — but we do offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. Visit our Returns page to get started.

We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong item! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopmodernthreads.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll ship the correct product to you at no additional cost and arrange a return label for the incorrect item. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM PST on business days are prioritized for same-day processing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. See our Shipping Policy for more info.

We ship via UPS and USPS depending on your location and selected shipping method. Domestic orders are typically fulfilled through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, while expedited orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2nd Day Air. Returns & Exchanges

Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We recommend initiating your return as soon as possible to avoid missing the window. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and in the form of store credit only. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We offer free returns on all domestic orders — but you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
